Today I will share with you guys my best in beauty 2016 edition, it has high end and drugstore make-up items. These are the products that worked best for me this past year, and I would recommend to you 110%.
Today’s post will be about my Sunday OOTD and a make-up look using the ABH Modern Renaissance eyeshadow palette, which I reviewed few blog posts ago, if you didn’t check it out just click HERE to check it out.
So, for the outfit I went with blue and white [of course!!!].
So today I will share with you guys my look from the 8th day of Navratri.
This year Navratri has 10 days, so usually the 8th day is one of the most important days on which some ceremonies are done. But that will actually happen tomorrow.
Anyhow!! On the 8th day I wore this pink chania choli, it’s quite simple but has gold details on the border of the skirt and the dupatta (the hugee scarf). For accessories I decided to go with pink and golden bangles, simple golden necklace and statement earrings, and a small pink bindi.
As you can see by the title, today is about the third day of Navratri.
So, for the third day of Navratri I wore a very traditional and fully embroidered Chania choli and some very traditional accessories and matching bangles. This look is a typical Gujrati one for Navratri.
This is what I had on, on Sunday, on the second day of Navratri. A dark green and deep red Chania Choli, this one is kind of a traditional one. Since the outfit was simple I decided to accessorize it well with lots of bangles, a waist chain, a necklace and earrings all golden.
So, right now there is a festival going on called Navratri. This a Hindu festival, which is dedicated to the worship of the Godess DURGA. The word Navaratri means ‘nine nighs’. During these nine nights and ten days, nine forms of the Godess are worshipped. So we get all dressed up to go to the temple and dance all night long.
So I will be sharing my looks of the days that I get to go!
