My Thoughts on Huda Beauty’s Neon Obsessions Orange Eyeshadow Palette

Hii my beauties 💋  !!

Today is the second half to my Wednesday’s blog post, my review on the Huda Beauty Neon Obsessions Orange Eyeshadow Palette. This Neon Obsessions range has three different palettes, a pink one, a green one and the one I am reviewing today, the orange one.

To be very honest with you guys, the orange one is the only one, from these three palettes, that caught my eye, and that I found unique and different, the other ones just looked boring to me, but this orange one truly excited me, and that is why I bought it.

Now, let’s get into the review:

  • Brand: Huda Beauty
  • Range: Neon Obsession
  • Shade: Orange
  • Content:  9 pans x 0.05 oz /1.3g
  • Finishes: Matte, Metallics and Shimmers
  • Packaging: Acrylic/ Plastic with a mirror

Nowadays you can get Huda Beauty products fairly easily, I bought mine during my last trip to Europe, and I bought it through Cult Beauty ( for £27.

So, you can get it from Huda Beauty’s website (, Sephora (store and online –, for 29$.

For my Mozambican lovelies, you can always get AUTHENTIC Huda Beauty products in Makeupmania store, and they do have this palette available for purchase, for 4.200Mt.

But you can also get Huda Beauty products in RaphaLapha store, and if they don’t have what you are looking for, they can surely order it for you.

A range of neon pressed pigment palettes, inspired by Huda’s obsessions for Neon colors, offering versatile looks from subtle to vivid and colorful.

Each Huda Beauty Neon Obsessions Palette is packed with a selection of nine highly-pigmented mattes, creamy metallics, and striking shimmers, all with a smooth and blendable texture. It’s available in three neon color themes: neon orange, neon green, and neon pink.

First row: Matte mustard yellow, Metallic pale orange, Matte neon reddish orange

Second Row: Metallic/Shimmery pink, Matte pale orange, Matte Fuchsia

Third Row: Matte orange, Mate peachy pink, Shimmery Neon Yellow

  • These eyeshadows are pressed pigments, so they are definitely very pigmented;
  • They apply and blend easily and smoothly;
  • With or without a primer, I found them to be long-lasting;
  • This small palette offers three different finishes which apply beautifully;
  • This palette is compact, travel-friendly and best of all, it has a mirror;
  • Paraben-free.

  • Because these are pressed pigments, they stain the eyelids;
  • A bit of fallout.

I’ve always loved Huda’s mini palettes, I own the Mauve Obsessions one as well, and I absolutely love it, so going in I knew that it would be a good one and Huda didn’t let me down, as you can see by the long list of pros, I absolutely love how this formula applies on the eyes, Huda has a good formula in general, but this one is even better.

And I found this palette to be travel friendly not just because of the size, but for the colours as well, and if you feel like you want to tone it down, you can always use your bronzer and contour, and that is what I did on my most recent trip.

Now, let’s talk about the cons, they are to be expected, I mean, these are pressed pigments, there is no way that they wouldn’t stain, so it doesn’t bother me as much nor the fallout, because it happens with soft shadows, from Huda and every other brand.

So, to wrap this review up, if I haven’t said this enough times, I absolutely LOVE this palette and would definitely recommend it to you guys.
