Hii my beauties 💋 !!
If you know anything about me, you must know how obsessed (to say the least) I am with organizing, I am super OCD about cleaning and organizing. So, of course, constantly organizing and maximizing space where I store my makeup is high up on my priorities list.
Now talking specifically about false lashes, because they come in chunky packaging and I always had a hard time storing them, packaging always ended up taking a lot of space, they were just hard to store. Then, I started noticing people storing them in pill cases, and I found it super interesting but somewhat skeptical about it, and I didn’t have the courage to do it until very recently when I saw my falsies’ drawer getting out of control.
So what I did was, I took this case, with separations in it, and just placed my lashes in it, because I found sections a bit large, I divided them even further by gluing some thin cardboard in the middle, and this way I could put 2 pairs of falsies in one space, and doubling space in the case.
Now, because I was storing all of them in one case, I of course had to label them, and I thought the best way to do it was by putting sticker on the cover and writing names with a pencil (so when needed I could erase it and write another name), as you can see by the pictures below.
This is how I have stored them, and you might be wondering how I feel about this type of storage and the answer is RELIEVED, it has saved me soooo much space where I store my makeup, allowed me to get rid of unnecessary packaging and store up to 28 pairs of lashes in one place, how cool is that?
But, because I am a beauty blogger, I do need some packaging for when I need to take pictures and all, and for that I only end up keeping aesthetically pleasing packing, like the Huda Beauty’s lashes one.
But I would definitely recommend this kind of storage for everyone who is getting tired of unnecessary packaging in their drawers.
What do you think about this kind of storage? Let me know in the comment section below.
