Ways to Style a Denim Jacket

Hii my beauties 💋 💋 !!

Denim jacket, jean jacket, however you may want to call it, it’s a staple piece in any wardrobe. It can be styled so many ways, it can be dressed up or dressed down, depending on what you are going for. I wear the jacket in every way but the regular way.

A good denim jacket doesn’t have to be designer or super high end, you can find really good ones in shops such as H&M, Zara and ever more inexpensive ones.

A denim jacket gives the look an extra ‘je ne sais quoi’ to the look, which I love.

I love wearing it the following ways:

  • OFF SHOULDERS: I love wearing this way, sometimes I wear off one shoulder and other times off both shoulders. I feel like wearing it this way gives a more badass vibe to the outfit (which I lovee).

  • OVER THE SHOULDER: I mean, this one of the most uncomfortable ways to wear a jacket but it looks soooooo good, makes any outfit look 100 times more expensive and chiq. Even though I am not comfortable whist wearing the jacket this way, I do lovee how it looks.

  • ROLLED UP SLEEVES: I love rolling up the sleeves when I am wearing a casual outfit, or even a dress, to give the look a more relaxed feel.

These are my top 3 ways to style a denim jacket, but you can style any other jacket this way as well. You can style a blazer over the shoulder or with the sleeves rolled up and a bomber jacket off the shoulders.

The best part about fashion is that you can style pieces any way you want to.

  1. I totally agree with your looks! One of my coworkers made fun of me for wearing my denim jacket, even if it was designer… LOL. He thought it was doing a tribute to the 80s. I styled it with a maxi dress. I definitely need to get more use out of it because it’s super cute.
